Class Exercise: Nuke-em Nachos and lemonade! Week Two: Healthy Food Habits - Delicious Choices. Class Exercise: Flavored Dips & Spreads for fruit, vegetables and bagels. Week Three: Share Your Easy Recipes. Class Exercise: Everybody Loves Pasta! Make American Chop Suey. |
